At Kays' Klothing our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We want to ensure that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
All packages are shipped with various options if available and are presented at checkout.
Once you have placed your order we will email you a confirmation and then send you another email once your order ships with your tracking details.
Domestic
All items will be processed and shipped within 3-7days from the receipt of the payments, excluding weekends and holidays.
Paid shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight of your package.
Pre-Orders
Please note that pre-ordered items are not available to ship at the time of purchase. All pre-order and in-stock items are shipped separately. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
A few things to note when purchasing a pre-order item:
- Payment is charged immediately at checkout.
- You will receive an automatic email with tracking information to your email address on file when your order ships out, just as you would with an order for an in-stock item!
Lost/Stolen Packages
Please note that all packages are shipped uninsured. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items once the package is with the delivery carrier.
Returned-to-Sender & Refused Packages
This can happen if an address is an invalid or missing information, the carrier is unable to deliver your package, or the customer refuses the order at the time of delivery.
We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed in our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical to ensuring delivery.
We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.

To track your goodies, refer to your shipping confirmation email and find the tracking number.
